About the Tulsa Herb Society
Welcome to the Tulsa Herb Society (THS), your go-to destination for all things herbs. We are passionate about sharing our knowledge of and love for gardening with the community. THS offers educational programs, field trips, special speakers, herb of the month, and newsletters to keep you informed about the latest gardening trends and techniques. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, we have herbal tips and talks for those interested in growing and cooking with herbs.
Our Programs
At the Tulsa Herb Society, we are dedicated to providing a variety of programs and activities that cater to gardeners of all levels. From presentations on growing and using herbs to gardening tips for beginners, our programs cover a variety of topics to inspire and educate our members. Field Trips (members only)
Embark on exciting farm trips with the Tulsa Herb Society and explore the beauty of local farms and gardens. These trips are a great way to connect with nature and fellow gardening enthusiasts. Plant Exchanges (members only)
Want to try growing something new? Do you need to thin out your ground cover? Have some extra basil to share? Looking to trade some rosemary for some cone flower seeds? Then join us at one or both of our plant exchanges on the second Tuesday of May and September.

Become a Member
​Become a member of the Tulsa Herb Society (THS) and support our mission to educate and inspire people about the wonders of herbs, plants, and gardening and to raise funds to donate to local plant-related organizations, such as the Tulsa Garden Center and A New Leaf. Your contribution helps us organize educational events and support community gardens and local organizations dedicated to preserving nature's beauty. The annual membership fee is $25.

As an affiliate of the Tulsa Garden Center (TGC), it is important for at least 60% of our membership also join the Tulsa Garden Center. Membership in TGC is optional but highly recommended and easy to do online at Tulsagardencenter.org. Your membership not only helps the Garden Center and THS, but you also get several great benefits, such as their newsletter, In the Garden, is a beautiful, informative publication. Your membership also gives you discounts on and free admission to over 360 other gardens across the country.
